Reading the rankings
13F filings only disclose long U.S. equity positions, exclude shorts and most non-U.S. listings, and are reported with up to a 45-day delay. Changes made by passive index managers (e.g. BlackRock) mostly reflect fund flows rather than active judgement — signal rankings already filter them out where noted.
